Rules and Regulations Students of Police Lines High School, Sylhet are required to strictly follow the rules and regulations mentioned below: All students must wear the prescribed school uniform. Attendance at the morning assembly at the scheduled time is mandatory. Leaving the school campus during school hours or before the end of the school day without prior permission from the authority is strictly prohibited. Drawing or writing on walls, doors, windows, or desks is forbidden. Tuition fees must be paid on time. If a student fails to pay the tuition fees for three consecutive months, their name will be removed from the school register in the fourth month. However, re-admission is possible by paying all dues along with a re-admission fee—this opportunity will be given only once. If a student fails the same class twice, they must take a compulsory transfer certificate (TC). Every student must have at least 75% monthly attendance in school. Students from Class 8 to Class 10 must pass both the Creative and Multiple Choice (MCQ) sections of exams separately. If a student needs to obtain a transfer certificate, they must do so by 31st December. Otherwise, they will be liable to pay the next year’s session fees. Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones, steel rulers, or sports equipment to school. Tuition fees must be paid on the date mentioned in the monthly notice. If the current month’s fee is not paid within the specified date, a late fine of 10/- BDT per month will be charged. If the scheduled payment date falls on a holiday, payment must be made on the next working day. An absence fine of 20/- BDT will be charged for each day of unjustified absence. (g) Scope for co-curricular activities.Font Size...Font Family...Font Format...বিধি-বিধানপুলিশ লাইনস উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়, সিলেট-এর সকল শিক্ষার্থীকে নিম্নলিখিত বিধি-বিধান কঠোরভাবে মেনে চলতে হবে—সকল শিক্ষার্থীকে বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত পোশাক (ইউনিফর্ম) পরিধান করে বিদ্যালয়ে উপস্থিত হতে হবে।নির্ধারিত সময়ে প্রাতঃকালীন সমাবেশে (Morning Assembly) উপস্থিত থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক।বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষের পূর্বানুমতি ব্যতীত পাঠদান চলাকালীন বা বিদ্যালয় ছুটির পূর্বে বিদ্যালয় প্রাঙ্গণ ত্যাগ করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।বিদ্যালয়ের দেয়াল, দরজা, জানালা, বেঞ্চ বা অন্যান্য আসবাবপত্রে কোনো ধরনের লেখা, আঁকাআঁকি বা ক্ষতিসাধন করা যাবে না।নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে বেতন পরিশোধ করতে হবে। কোনো শিক্ষার্থী পরপর তিন মাস বেতন পরিশোধ না করলে চতুর্থ মাসে তার নাম বিদ্যালয়ের রেজিস্টার থেকে বাতিল করা হবে। তবে বকেয়া বেতন ও পুনঃভর্তি ফি পরিশোধের মাধ্যমে একবারের জন্য পুনঃভর্তির সুযোগ প্রদান করা হবে।কোনো শিক্ষার্থী একই শ্রেণিতে পরপর দুইবার অকৃতকার্য হলে তাকে বাধ্যতামূলকভাবে স্থানান্তর সনদ (Transfer Certificate/TC) গ্রহণ করতে হবে। এছাড়া প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীর মাসিক উপস্থিতির হার কমপক্ষে ৭৫% হতে হবে।অষ্টম থেকে দশম শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থীদের পরীক্ষায় সৃজনশীল (Creative) এবং বহুনির্বাচনি (MCQ) উভয় অংশে পৃথকভাবে উত্তীর্ণ হতে হবে।কোনো শিক্ষার্থী স্থানান্তর সনদ (TC) গ্রহণ করতে চাইলে তা অবশ্যই ৩১ ডিসেম্বরের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। অন্যথায় তাকে পরবর্তী শিক্ষাবর্ষের সেশন ফি পরিশোধ করতে হবে।বিদ্যালয়ে মোবাইল ফোন, স্টিলের স্কেল (Steel Ruler) এবং খেলাধুলার সরঞ্জাম আনা নিষিদ্ধ।মাসিক নোটিশে উল্লেখিত নির্ধারিত তারিখের মধ্যে বেতন পরিশোধ করতে হবে। নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে চলতি মাসের বেতন পরিশোধ না করলে প্রতি মাসের জন্য ১০ (দশ) টাকা বিলম্ব ফি (Late Fee) প্রযোজ্য হবে। নির্ধারিত পরিশোধের তারিখ সরকারি ছুটির দিনে পড়লে পরবর্তী কার্যদিবসে বেতন পরিশোধ করতে হবে। যথাযথ কারণ ব্যতীত বিদ্যালয়ে অনুপস্থিত থাকলে প্রতিদিনের জন্য ২০ (বিশ) টাকা অনুপস্থিতি জরিমানা (Absence Fine) আদায় করা হবে।প্রতিষ্ঠানের উল্লেখযোগ্য বৈশিষ্ট্যক. বাংলাদেশ পুলিশ বিভাগের তত্ত্বাবধানে পরিচালিত।খ. রাজনীতিমুক্ত, ধূমপানমুক্ত ও সুশৃঙ্খল শিক্ষার পরিবেশ।গ. ইংরেজি শিক্ষার ওপর বিশেষ গুরুত্ব প্রদান।ঘ. শতভাগ পাঠ্যসূচি (সিলেবাস) সম্পন্ন করার নিশ্চয়তা।ঙ. আধুনিক ও সুসজ্জিত বিজ্ঞান এবং কম্পিউটার পরীক্ষাগার।চ. প্রশস্ত ও মনোরম খেলার মাঠ।ছ. সহশিক্ষা কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণের পর্যাপ্ত সুযোগ-সুবিধা।Font Size...Font Family...Font Format...
